Return Window: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Return Costs
Defective / Wrong / Damaged Items: No cost to the customer. This applies if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Proof such as photos may be required so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind / Customer Remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This applies if the product is no longer wanted, was ordered incorrectly, or does not meet personal preference. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email our team at info@huggleo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending your items back.
Pack Your Item: Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including accessories, tags, and documents.
Send it Back: Ship the package using the instructions provided in your return authorization email.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
After approval, your refund will be processed. Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Non Returnable Items
